Supervisor - Heavy Mobile Maintenance

About The Role

You’ll foster a positive team ‘values based’ culture where the ‘way we work’ is just as important as the expertise we demonstrate every day. The role is offered on an 8/6/7/7 days and nights FIFO roster at our Jupiter operation in the prolific Laverton Gold district.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislation
• Ensuring machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications
• Ensure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events
• Breakdowns, labour requirements, work order control and cost management.
• Delivery of daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the weekly mine plan
• Focus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Promote and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

You will also have:

• Established supervisory experience within an open pit operation
• Mentor and guide the team to assist with their ongoing learning and development
• S26 Supervisor competency
• Enable and support a safety focused culture
• Manage the delivery and performance of Mobile Plant Machinery
• National accredited HD Mechanic / Heavy Plant trade (Certificate 3)
• Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
